Orders are made through our secure shopping cart program Square, by phone or e-mail. No credit card or payment details are held by us or on our servers. Payments may be made online or you may phone us to arrange payment. Payment may be made by VISA or Mastercard credit cards, debit, e-transfer (only with Canadian banks), or when in person by cash.

Shipping & Handling is added to all orders. Canada Post and UPS are our primary shipping methods. The shipping costs are the actual postage/shipping charge + a $10.00 handling fee.

Upon receiving payment, we will ship your order within 72 hours or the next business day for all items in stock. We are grateful for your patience if items are out of stock and need to be ordered or dyed or if we are out of town.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for any added customs, duty, broker fees or taxes for international shipments.

We happily accept returns for a credit with the following conditions:

• Please contact us within 5 days of delivery if you have a problem with an order.

• Dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery.

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• No returns for custom or personalized orders unless an item is damaged or defective.

• We don’t accept cancellations so please order carefully.

• Upon our receipt of a returned item, we will issue a credit in the form of a gift certificate for the cost of the item.

Exchanges are only granted for items found to be defective or damaged upon arrival. Please notify us within 5 days of delivery to initiate an exchange, and return the item for replacement within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the postage on returns, but we will cover the cost to ship a replacement item back to the buyer.

From time to time I offer classes from my home. A registration must be cancelled 7 days prior to class commencement to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued with less than 7 days notice unless Rug Hooking Solutions cancels a class. If we cancel, a full refund will be issued. You may find another person to take your place but you will be responsible for collecting payment from that person.
